This Practice Direction provides guidance on the permissible use of Generative Artificial
Intelligence (‘GenAI’) tools by attorneys, parties, witnesses, self-represented persons, and
other court users. This Practice Direction applies to all proceedings before the Caribbean Court of Justice (‘the
CCJ’ or ‘the Court’).
